Theresa Smith

Terry started her teaching career at the CCHAT Center in 2003 where she taught for 3 years.  Since that time she has worked in public schools in both special day classes as well as serving students in their districts.  As a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing, she continues to be inspired and motivated by her students as they work towards their goals with perseverance and hard work.  Terry retired in June 2021 from her full-time job in the public schools, and is now back working at CCHAT as a mainstream support DHH teacher and mentor.
